Rose jam is an incredibly fragrant jam that can be added to cakes, bagels, and doughnuts.
It’s no secret that rose petals have beneficial properties. Science confirms that fragrant roses contain virtually all vitamins. And these beneficial properties of the flower are preserved in such a delicious treat as rose jam.
It is recommended for regular consumption because it contains: • essential and fatty oils, which give rose jam its amazing aroma; • organic acids to maintain the body’s acid-base balance; • vitamin B5 for proper metabolism and lipid metabolism; • vitamins K and PP—which help retain calcium in the joints and bones and play a role in metabolism; • ascorbic acid, which makes consuming the jam beneficial for viral and bacterial infections; Rosehip jam also has its limitations. Fortunately, not many. Use with caution in cases of increased blood viscosity, hypertension, pregnancy, and breastfeeding, as well as in children under three years of age.
